I am Anna, and I am so glad you are here! 

I'm Anna Lianna-Monnier, a passionate psychologist on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of caregivers like you. As a wife, mother, and experienced professional, I intimately understand the unique challenges and pressures that come with the role of a caregiver.

I've been exactly where you are – in the beautiful yet challenging position of a caregiver. 


I’ve had to balance multiple roles that drained me emotionally and physically. From supporting my clients’ therapeutic needs, to holding my newborn as he went through surgery after surgery, and more recently helping people through war trauma.


I’ve been through caregiver burnout twice, I know how difficult it is but also that there is a better way!

Why me?


The heart behind my program


My journey as a caregiver began with the birth of my courageous boy, Jean. From the very start, Jean faced health challenges that required multiple surgeries and constant care. This experience thrust me into the demanding role of a caregiver, where I learned firsthand the toll it can take on one's physical and emotional well-being. I faced burnout not once but twice.


It was these personal trials that fueled my determination to create a program that could help others avoid the pitfalls of burnout and discover a path to vitality. I realized that intentional self-care is the key, and I wanted to share this transformative knowledge with caregivers like you.
